Coordinator of Extended Studies

Position Summary

The Coordinator of Extended Studies is responsible for overseeing educational programs outside of the traditional Bachelor's and Master's degree programs - such as dual credit, learning in retirement, open education resources, Ed2Go, and Certiport testing.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Meet and ensure compliance with national program accreditation standards for various programs.
• Serve as the liaison between Lincoln University and outside education organizations - including high schools and Learning in Retirement.
• Manage Open Education Resources.
• Create a campus system for requesting CEU authorization for trainings and events.
• Establish new programs for non-educational certificate possibilities.

• Detail-oriented
• Professional, with the ability to build rapport among different stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Master's degree, or higher, is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Light sedentary office work.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
